The Baby room’s activity today was a seasonal one. This activity encourages texture discovery, verbal skills, colour recognition and playing/sharing with their friends. The children were also told about the changes in the seasons.
The Jungle room had fun with their bee activity this morning. This messy play activity encouraged the children to use their fine motor skills, senses and stimulated their curiosity.
Our baby room little ones have been enjoying their messy play using cornflour mixed with water and their animals. This activity helps the babies explore the texture of the liquid, the staff encouraged communication skills by talking about the different animals.
The Forest school children made wildlife feeders using natural resources this week. The children used pumpkins, sticks, bird food and string to tie the feeders in the trees. The children are hoping this will provide food for local wildlife such as birds and squirrels.
Heirs and Graces is located in Tring in an old Victorian house with a good sized garden and covered decking area.
We have refurbished the house to provide ideal childcare accommodation whilst retaining a lovely homely feel.
