Forest shcool
At Forest School, nursery-aged children step outside the classroom and into the wonders of nature. This child-centered approach to learning encourages exploration, creativity, and hands-on discovery in an outdoor setting. Through playful activities like building dens, bug hunting, and crafting with natural materials, little ones develop confidence, resilience, and a deep connection with the environment. Led by trained practitioners, Forest School fosters personal growth, physical development, and a sense of adventure, all while nurturing a lifelong love for the great outdoors.

Our Activities
Every day at Heirs & Graces is filled with excitement and energy! Here’s a glimpse at some of the activities we provide.

Zumba
Zumba is a fun and energetic way for children to stay active while improving their coordination, balance, and fitness. It also supports cognitive development by enhancing memory and rhythm, making it a great way for kids to stay healthy while having fun!

Community Outreach
Community outreach helps children develop empathy, social responsibility, and a strong sense of belonging. By engaging in acts of kindness and service, they learn the value of helping others, build confidence, and develop important life skills.

Yoga
Yoga helps children improve flexibility, balance, and coordination while promoting relaxation and focus. Through gentle movements and breathing exercises, it supports emotional well-being, reduces stress, and enhances concentration.
