Love is in the air at Nursery this week! The children have been learning about love and kindness. As always, we encourage active learning through play and exploration and here are just some of the activities that have taken place this year. The activities have included play doh, painting, small world play, fine motor skills water tray activities and of course our favourite tuff tray activities.
The children have been learning all about pancake day, alongside eating lots of yummy pancakes they have also been enjoying their tuff tray activities.
The children in all the age groups around the Nursery have been learning all about Chinese New Year. We are very lucky to have some staff members who have wonderful arts and crafts skills that encourage the children to learn actively through play. The children have also been exploring Chinese items, cooking utensils, stories and particularly enjoyed making their own spring rolls.
Heirs and Graces is located in Tring in an old Victorian house with a good sized garden and covered decking area.
We have refurbished the house to provide ideal childcare accommodation whilst retaining a lovely homely feel.
