The Children had great fun this summer and one of the Highlights was definitely watching the Olympics! A member of staff in the Balloon room came up with a wonderful idea of bringing the Olympics to Nursery. The Balloon room took part in a few activities including balancing on the bench. The children really enjoyed this activity and were especially pleased to receive a medal at the end just like the real Olympians!.
The Jungle room children enjoy reading The very hungry caterpillar book by Eric Carle. To encourage further learning from this book one of our staff members presented a wonderful hands on learning activity for the children to engage in. This activity brings to life the story and the children actively feed the caterpillar each of the foods from the book. Congratulations to our Chef Ben on achieving a 5 star rating on his food hygiene inspection today. We are very proud of him and we all continue to enjoy his wonderful fresh food that he makes each day on site. Good job Ben!
Heirs and Graces is located in Tring in an old Victorian house with a good sized garden and covered decking area.
